Why does my MacBook Pro have vertical lines across entire screen. I have not dropped or spilled anythinn it.?

Faint horizontal lines all over MacBook Air M1 screen I have purchased my MacBook Air M1 last year and there was no damage to the screen since I normally don't carry it with me. Today when I opened the lid I suddenly realised there are faint grey lines all over the screen. Lines are not visible in super black or white backgrounds. That being said, I see no lines when I am on apple logo screen. What should I do?

Striated horizontal lines across Retina display My MacBook screen has striated horizontal lines across the screen. Earlier they were coming and going, initially the screened flashed a few times also, now the lines are not disappearing. I purchased this product in 2020 it's MacBook Pro, I know these devices a supposed to last a long time, can this be fixed? It was not dropped and my use is minimal - I just use it to check emails and occasionally use Microsoft word, I don't have AppleCare as it's been more than 3 years since the purchased this computer
