Apple ID

I have three Apple ID/Passwords. Lost password for the "original" one. When I try Apple Support they reply to the two sources in my account--the old email that is no longer functional or a text to a land line

How do I get them to either call or use my existing iCloud email?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.5
