i don't know if i'm being hacked or not but i keep seeing this weird icon that i can't interact with.
I tried googling this but haven't found anything.

Are you referring to the red box in the upper RIGHT hand corner of the screen with the Red out microphone? That means that you're in the Spotify app and the microphone has been muted.
I didn't know Spotify used the microphone as I've never used it.

Can you be more precise? I don’t see anything unusual in the TOP LEFT… the Apple icon, and the meus for Spotify.
Did you mean on the right? And which one specifically?
