print to pdf in color

How do I save as a pdf in color? I don't have a color printer, so in the print dialog there are no color options. So, for example a web page that has color, when I try to save as PDF it only saves in grey scale, when I do Open in Preview there are some colors there but it is definitely not an accurate representation of all the colors in the web page.

ventura preview crash when trying to print a pdf, also when printing in safari from internet I'm using iMac with ventura (current update). Preview crashes when I try to print a pdf file. Safari also crashes when printing from internet. my IOS devices seem to work well. Any suggestions?

Printer Presets Not Saving Love macOS Ventura but after updating all of my printer presets for the Toshiba copier at my work got scrambled. When trying to set them again the preset name would save but the settings would remain defaulted and any time you try and fix the preset settings they don't save so you can't click a preset and have the settings you want pulled up. This makes it very difficult to print and we're wasting paper. Any fix? I have a 2018 Mac mini with an intel core i7.

I suppose that it does save in color but the colors from the web page to the pdf don't carry over exactly.
