If iPhone 13 Pro goes into Sleep mode, does it also enable low power mode?

If I put the iPhone 13 Pro (iPhone) in Sleep mode, does it automatically put it in low power mode? I'm guessing the answer is 'No'. If no, is there any way to make that happen? It doesn't make sense to me that if I want to mute all notifications while sleeping that the phone would continue to stay in the normal power mode. And if the answer is truly no, then I'd like to make this an enhancement request as it would help millions of people extend the life of their battery, and get people to keep their iPhones for a longer period of time.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15

As you have discovered, you can use one of the Focus modes during sleep mode however that is not going to put your iPhone into Low Power Mode. NOTE that Low Power Mode does NOT enhance or extend Battery Health. Low Power Mode is designed to use less power by controlling or not using background app activities etc. Using less power means that the current battery charge will last longer between charges. The overall Battery Health will continue to deteriorate regardless of the phone's mode setting.

Furthermore, You can provide your suggestions about this feature directly to Apple by leaving a product feedback here 👉 Product Feedback - Apple

I don’t agree that low power mode does not extend battery life. I picked this up from an article plus I’ve heard the same from Apple - "Your battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles.”

If I need fewer charges because. Was able to conserve power by using low power mode, I’ve effectively extended the life of my battery.

Thx for the link though.
