Headaches from iPhone X

what's with the headaches while using iPhone X

my doctor told me to find a phone without the OLED and flicking

that comes with the New iPhones models. never had a problem with 5 OR 7

New Phone Screen Problem I just received my iPhone 14 Pro. I am coming from 12 Pro. While I love the new phone, it is making me very queasy and sick from using it. For some reason using this phone makes me sick. I have never had this issue. I have tried turning down the hertz and other motion sensitive features, but doesn't seem to help. Has anyone else had this issue? I don't want to return it but I may have to.
