After I log in to the NFL sunday ticket app, it stays on the loading screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times as well as reset my phone several times. Please help, football is my life!

If I do a hard reset, will I have to set up my phone again like new? Will I lose any of my data?

Thanks for the help… that didn’t work. I did the hard reset and re-installed the app. Still getting stuck on the loading screen.
No, but the same thing happens when I’m not on WiFi and we haven’t had any other problems with it

Nope. Still having issues. Surprising how little support there is from at &t or direct TV for their app. 🤷🏻♂️
