Hello ~ We need some information in order to help you. What device and iOS? Messages? What happens when you try? In the meantime take a look here…


If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


If this is the message you see contact Support through article or go to upper right hand corner and then click on Get Support.
