I have a iPhone 7 and it’s won’t update and shows now service. When I try to update it it tells me I’m not connected to WiFi which is wrong. I am connected. What do I do

I’m having problems with my iPhone 7. It’s showing I have no service which is wrong. I’ve paid my bill. It won’t let me update it. It’s showing error saying I’m not connected to WiFi which is also wrong I am connected. What am I suppose to do now

Settings > Battery > Battery Health


To be clearer, this icon is the Settings app:


...Tap it to open Settings app. Then scroll down to Battery and tap it. Then tap Battery Health and tell us what the Maximum Capacity % is. If its value is only "––", let us know that.
