Imo country code

I can’t change the country code of my imo.

and I tried to fixed by changing my country region

but according the process after changing region I had to reinstall the imo. But after deleting imo I couldn’t install it back because my country region is Afghanistan and I can’t download the imo with Afghani region..!

so please help me. And tell me what to do
