How do I unplugged the unidentifiable phone numbers on my phone that I accidentally set up I accidentally set up a part for all unidentifiable phone numbers and I want to turn it off because I need to receive calls from numbers I don’t recognize and I can’t figure out what I did

Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers—> change this to “off”.
