My iPad doesn't charge after dropping it in the water, what should I do ?

Your iPad is not water resistant. If is has become wet, it is more than likely irreparably damaged.
A visit to the the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) will allow the technicians to test and assess your iPad.
