I used to use the Apple watch face "Infograph Modular" that included weather information in the middle of the dial. Several weeks ago the weather information disappeared. looking at the choices on my iPhone the weather information is also missing from that face option. A friend that lives close by uses that face and her weather information continues to be displayed. I'm not positive that this is a series 6 watch but I think so.

To all who have taken the time to provide help, I greatly appreciate it. It turns out that the WEATHER set of complications had become missing on my watch/phone. The good news is that one of my friends DID have them and was using them on his watch face. I had him send me his watch face and when it arrived asked if I wanted to make that mine. I did and it downloaded the WEATHER complications and now all is well, I'm happily viewing the hourly weather forecast, and in the process learned a whole bunch about how to customize the watch face! So, if you open the Watch app on your iPhone, you do not see Weather as an option for a complications in the center of your Watch face? I use that Watch face and in the Watch app it still shows Weather as a complication. Try resetting your Watch. Press and hold the Digital Crown and power buttons together until you see the Apple logo, then release. Check on the ability to reset Weather complication after the Watch reboots.
Well, your suggestion was, I think, what I needed to do. I looked through the complications and the only one I saw that came close to the weather information I had was Accuweather. That produced the current weather in the middle of the screen but rather than having the current and coming ?6? hours of weather and temperature it showed the current weather only. If you have the multi-hour forecasts could you tell me what your choice was for the complication?
I have the middle complication set to Calendar, my schedule. There are 4 Weather complications you can use, but that is not what I use. I was just stating there are weather complications. Were you using the native Weather app or something else? I have the temperature in the bottom middle, wind in bottom right. Here is what mine looks like.
