Apple ID and iTunes disabled

I checked my billing and saw charges that I did not recognize but things were refunded. They were charged to my ex boyfriends card that I sometimes use to pay him bills, still friends, he must of disputed them without checking with me. Anyway. I did not make the purchases and now my Apple ID and iTunes is disabled. It won’t even let me update my apps.
