Hi. I created my iCloud account in Ukraine and it is connected to the ukrainian payment card, but now i am in Greece and I need to change my payment method but i couldn`t do it. Should i create new iCloud for the sollution? or what should i do? thanks in advance.

Have you changed the region to Greece?
You need a zero account balance and you need to cancel all your subscriptions. If you have cancelled all subscriptions, but some haven’t expired, contact iTunes Support. You need a valid credit card issued by a bank in the country the store is in and you need a billing address in that country. If you have an account balance, either buy something more expensive and pay the balance with a credit card or contact iTunes Support and ask them to zero balance your account.

Your payment method must be from the same region as your Apple ID (Greece Apple ID needs Greece bank card). you could try using a prepaid card from Greece.
