Using a flashlight and a magnifying glass check the lightning port for debris.
Try a different genuine Apple cable
Try a different USB charging source
After that better you should arrange a phone repair iPhone Service & Repair - Apple Support
Or
Contact - Official Apple Support
Anything other than Screen or Battery may be a replacement phone and the price is in the article under "Other damage"
