I can't compress the folder

Hi, I'm having an issue with compressing folder into .zip

It'll keep showing this message.

I tried checking the folder permission already from the link below.

I'm not sure what can I do to solve this issue.

"couldn't communicate with a helper application" when compressing folders on MacOS I cannot compress any folder with my Mac mini. Every time I try to compress a folder, it comes up with an error "Couldn't communicate with a helper application". The issue came up when I was using 13.2.1, and it exists in 13.3 and 13.3.1 (the version I'm using now). Here're the details of the issue: Compress a single file (works) Compress a folder (not work, fig-1) Copy-paste a single file (works) Copy-paste a single file with its folder (not work, fig-2) I've tried the following: reinstall or update MacOS (not resolved) Create a new admin account and log in it (the issue disappears, fig-3) So, any idea what I could do to solve the issue? How to get rid of "Operation not permitted" in the terminal Hi, I have uploaded files (pdf, mp4, png) to Drive and now almost none of them work, neither when I try to open them in the Drive desktop app nor in the web version. I have even tried downloading the files into my Macbook (Pro w/ Ventura 13.2) Downloads and opening them from there and it says the file cannot be opened because it may be damaged. The closest think I find on Google's own guide says: If you use Drive for desktop on MacOS Mojave or High Sierra, permissions required to sync Drive files can get corrupted. To resolve this issue: On your computer, click Finder Applications. Open the Utilities folder. Click Terminal. Enter sudo kextcache -clear Press Return. Enter sudo mv /private/var/db/KernelExtensionManagement /private/var/db/KernelExtensionManagementBackup Press Return. Enter sudo kextutil -l /Library/Google/DriveFS/dfsfuse.kext Press Return. Launch Drive for desktop. When I try to do point 6, the terminal says: "Operation not permitted" I have already done the granting full access to terminal but it's not working. I don't find any other way to open the files. Any ideas please? I got 300 files that have taken me hours to download and arrange. Would be great to skip doing it all again. All the best

Can you copy that folder to somewhere else (Desktop or home folder) and compress it there?
