Charged around £40 without permission-Apple made me disspointed about their devices

It wasn't clear to me that you intended to charge me without my consent for using my iPhone. I should also mention that you charge me around 4 pounds for using a translator, while I am using the same application for free on my Android phone. I'm sorry that iPhone charges me without my permission for everything.The fact that Apple charges me for this is surprising to me, I do not want to subscribe. Additionally, you have charged me for a translator and I have sent you a request for a refund and you have brought it back to me, which I am surprised at, and I also deleted all my banking details from my phone to avoid future payments without permission. It would be appreciated if you could return my money. Because I'm a student, I don't have money to pay my tuition fees, and you charged me for subscriptions!!!

To complain about this behavior and rejection of my returned request, I will send the same email to customer service. It was very disappointing to use Apple's devices.

When will I get the money back?

If your refund is approved, the funds will be applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Store credit – It may take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.

Mobile phone billing – It may take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time may be affected by your network provider. You can contact your network provider for an update.

All other payment methods – It may take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you can't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
