App refund

An App wanted to gather my private information or I can not use the App any more. But I don't want to share IMEI etc.

So I want to have a refund, but can not find this app from the list in “https://reportaproblem.apple.com/select/refund-requested/quality-problem”

App Refund I purchaed an app via my iphone app store at the end of November the developers of the app confirm the app will not work properly with my phone and therefore I should request a refund back through apple for the purchase of the app. Any ideas how to do this ? Curious about a Charge? --> If you see an 'itunes.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement
If you have an issue with an app on App Store or billing --> Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store
