That is not possible. You can only track people who have authorized you to track them in Find My settings.

Find my friends Next to some of my friends that I am sharing my location with it has like a countdown timer? I’ve never seen that before, for example it says *blank* name, the city they are in then it say for example in 24 hours then it counts down and nothing happens.
