Studio Display with Teams/Zoom/Facetime

I've been using Studio Display for the last couple of months. It worked well for the first few weeks but then has been unreliable over the last few weeks. Using macOS Monterey 12.5.1 and Studio Display. Microsoft Teams does not recognize either the display or mic from Studio Display. Tried to reboot Studio Display by disconnecting power cable and thunderbolt cable for a min but no luck.


It worked for a couple of days after macOS was upgraded to 12.5.1 and Studio Display was upgraded to match the software on Wednesday. But then it stopped working again over the weekend.


Here is a screenshot of Teams Preferences and Studio Display is not even shown as an option:



Similarly, mic or speaker are only shown from the Macbook:


Even Facetime does not recognize the display.



I had this problem over zoom call as well over the weekend.


How can this be fixed to make it a bit more reliable?
