After updating the latest iOS 15.6.1 on my iPhone XR ; most of my apps seem to be gone from my screen
Who do I get the apps back working ?

IF you backed up the phone before updating as advised in the dialog then the easiest would be to restore the ohone to factory settings then restore that backup

If you didn't back it up then see if the apps are in your App Library after the last home screen then drag them back
