i need help creating a child account it wont verify my payment information
when i try to create a child account it is giving me error message " there was an error please try later" when i enter payment details

There have been multiple posts with the same problem. Make sure the credit card you are trying to add to the child’s account is on file with your Apple ID. Someone posted that when they set up the ID using a computer, they were successful. There was another post by someone who had contacted Apple Support and were told it is an IOS software bug. You can try contacting Apple ID Support.
