i bought my computer at school and i just got it today but why i can't open apple store?

I bought this computer at school but when I got it today ,I just can not open apple store ,can someone helppppppp plsssss!

Cannot Connect To Apple Store I can't seem to find the reason why. I've tried everything that has been suggested online: System Status page says the App Store is online My device is connected to the net & working beautifully; I don't have a VPN / 3rd Part Security. Wifi is not being used, as ethernet is connected directly. I don't have a different network to check with. Software being used: MACOS Monterey 12.7.5 (on a 2019 iMac 27") Date + Time are set correctly; tried both, automatically set + manual I've signed in & out of my the App Store + my Apple Account. I am not too sure what else to do, and desperately need this to work in order for me to update my Logic Pro X software. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

After following all reccomendations, I still not be able to connect to my apple store! Could you help I could not connect my apple store with my MAC 2017 Pro. Could anyone help me

Are you getting any kind of error message? If so what does it say?
