Iphone 13 mini bluetooth issues

I, like many other iphone 13 owners am virtually unable to hear incoming calls on my car’s bluetooth speakers.

The sound is so patchy and broken up that it’s virtually unusable as a phone.

Often the caller at the other end says that they can’t hear me either.

I had an iphone SC previously for over 6 years and never had any issues with call sound quality…

Not good enough for the price I paid- this may be a software issue but Apple needs to be transparent with customers and fix this problem quickly - as this will be a BIG problem for businesses and emergency calls.

Has Apple said to anyone that this issue is known and being looked into??
