How to initiate Trade In pick up or where to post?!

Hi I have received my UPS trade in box with prepaid label but have no idea how it intitiate a pick up or do i take it to a royal mail post office?

If it is being shipped by UPS, go to one of their locations and drop off the package. Or contact them for pickup if that is available in your region.
