Why there is no way to setup wifi network priority?

Why there is no way to setup wifi network priority?

Simple example: I have lte-wifi-modem with limited internet and home router with unlimited internet, and when I get home I want iPhone to autoswitch to home network.

I see this explanation on how auto network selection works How iOS decides which wireless network to auto-join - Apple Support And though when I come home I always manually switch to home network, iPhone does not increase priority of home network over lte-wifi-modem and no autoswitch happens.

Both networks have WPA/WPA2 PSK security, I set "data saving" for lte-wifi-modem in iPhone settings.

I also see this article https://www.makeuseof.com/how-to-set-iphone-wifi-priority/ but I don't have a Mac to use this way.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15
