Location sharing

The option to share my location won’t pop up in any contact cards or in the find my settings. How do I get it to pop up so I can share my location. And my location services are on

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15

Unable to share my location on iPhone 16 Plus I have enabled share my location in both privacy and security, and find my iPhone settings. If I attempt to share my location with someone, they never receive the request to do so. If someone requests to share their location with me, I get notified about it, but when I tap 'share' then 'share indefinitely', it does a quick load, and nothing happens or it says no active device used for find your location. Unable to stop sharing location. I wish to stop sharing location with a specific contact on “find my” I am well aware of how to do it. With any other contacts I am sharing location with I simply tap the red “stop sharing my location” and it stops and becomes blue “share my location” however, with this one contact it will not stop sharing. Sometimes it flicks to the blue writing but then immediately flicks back to the red “stop sharing your location” I had this contact blocked and tried unblocking them but thy did not work. It is likely they have also blocked me but this is a serious problem! I need to be able to stop sharing my location with them and know it has worked!! Again… it works perfectly with anyone else I have shared location with. This needs sorting immediately

Location sharing issues I share location with a few contacts and have no issue with seeing theirs and vice versa. However, one contact is the most recent one and he see’s mine but on his it says “No location found” but he is sharing location indefinitely, I even did the process myself just to be sure. I have read up on all the steps to troubleshoot but nothing has worked and only for this one contact. He has a new iPhone 15 and I’m still using an iPhone 12. Could this possibly be the reason why?
