Anyone else having scrolling (jittery) issues on their iphone 13? I was first advised to turn off adaptive brightness. That did fix the issue but I need to see my phone in bright sunlight. When I turned the auto brightness back on, the scrolling issues returned. I was also told to reset the network settings. This also did not solve the problem. Anyone else having this issue? Have a solution?
