I am having trouble with my iPhone 11 carrier update. I need to update my phone but my Wifi and Cellular data is not available. I've tried hard resetting my phone, i’ve also try powering off and removing and putting the sim card back in. Nothing is working. Everytime i try to check for an update, I cant because the wifi is not available. Can anyone please help me with this problem?
