Apple Credit Balance
So I need to change my country on my phone and I can’t do that because I have 21€ left on my Apple card. I was hoping y’all can just change my balance to zero. I saw something online saying y’all would so here I am asking.

Nobody on these boards can. Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
