trước đây mình có sử dụng gói iCloud 50gb, nhưng mình đã nâng cấp đt nên k cần dùng và được cho đk sử dụng miễn phí gói Apple Arcade và Apple TV trong 1 tháng, mình đã huỷ nhưng vẫn bị trừ tiền, **** mọi người hỗ trợ giúp mình ????

họ không cho tôi refund các gói ở đây, tôi cũng k thấy apple receipt trong mail, họ trừ trực tiếp vào thẻ và k có receipt, tôi cũng thử gọi đến số điện thoại hỗ trợ nhưng rất khó nghe nên k thể giải thích dc dù là họ sử dụng tiếng việt, tôi nghĩ là tôi cần địa chỉ email mail của họ để giao tiếp, rất cám ơn bạn
Đã Huỷ các gói gia hạn nhưng vẫn bị trừ tiền, **** cộng đồng giúp đỡ !!!!
