Alright so I have my card connected to my account and I bought some stuff a few weeks ago and since chase bad they took to long to long for the purchase to go through. So the money piled up at a expensive 17.61$. Then I wanted to get more apps from the AppStore after that but since I didn’t have enough money after that to finish the payment and now every time I want to get more apps even if they’re free it won’t let me because it thinks I’m spending more money and i try to confirm my card again and it endlessly makes me confirm it. If you can help me please let me know how to fix this. (ENJOY KEN THE FISH)

Add funds to your Apple ID or add a valid default payment with available funds. Wrote down what you spend so that you do not have this issue in the future.
