My iPhone keeps unpairing with my iwatch

It's my first time trying to use my iwatch. As soon as I try to get paired I get an update error that I have to update my iPhone to a higher version of iOS. And then my phone starts unpairing. And when I check my software update on my phone setting, it says im updated to the last version.

Would be so glad if you can help me to solve this problem.

I have an iphone X, iOS 6.2 installed, and an iWatch 7. When I try to pair them, I get a warning that, "iPhone out of Date. This apple Watch requires a newer version of iOS". The iWatch has been reset. Why am I getting this error? I can't upgrade to a newer iOS on the phone because it's current. I can't upgrade the iOS iWatch version, because I just reset it and it needs to be paired.

Apple Watch SE setup issue with iPhone 15 on iOS 18.3 I just bought the Apple Watch SE, I have iPhone 15, when I try and set my Apple Watch it says I need to update my phone first but my phone is on the newest update 18.3 and it won’t work for me [Re-Titled by Moderator]

To pair with a recent watch your phone has to be running ios15 or higher and it must be an iphone 6s or higher.
