Why is iPhone showing 13GB used b y WhatsApp but WhatsApp says only using 7GB? How can I get back the missing 6GB of data?

Where are you seeing this on iPhone and where on WhatsApp?

Settings>General>iPhone Storage shows 13GB.
In WhatsApp app>Settings>Storage & Data>Manage Storage shows 7.6GB
