Little pink dot on rear camera

I don’t know why but it started just the other day. Whenever I go to take a photo on the camera app there is a little pink dot thingy in the bottom left corner and it also shows up in the photos. It doesn’t appear when I switch to video but there is still a very faint horizontal line at the same height as the dot. It’s not a light leak and if I zoom in or zoom out enough it goes away but on 1x it’s clearly visible. I’m also fully updated so I’m assuming I should just take my phone into the shop but I would like other opinions. I don’t know why the first two photos are flipped but it’s in the bottom left corner. I also go apple service centre but they don't give my phone to experts and tell directly to change whole 3 camera and its too expensive!

Does this Pink Dot appear on every photo on the same spot same size? If no read the Wiki article below. If yes then clean your camera surface and if that does not resolve the issue then Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

Lens flare refers to a phenomenon wherein light is scattered or flared in a lens system, often in response to a bright light, producing a sometimes undesirable artifact within the image. This happens through light scattered by the imaging mechanism itself, for example through internal reflection and scattering from material imperfections in the lens. Lenses with large numbers of elements such as zooms tend to exhibit greater lens flare, as they contain a relatively large number of interfaces at which internal scattering may occur. These mechanisms differ from the focused image generation mechanism, which depends on rays from the refraction of light from the subject itself.
