Tidak bisa update / download aplikasi karena masalah billing

Halo,


Saya mau bertanya, knp saya tdk bs download bahkan update aplikasi di apps store krn yg kluar lsg mengenai billing. Apa ada yg bs bantu? Setau saya, sy tdk pernah transaksi pke cc (mmg gk pnya) atau lainnya. Melainkan terakhir kali yg bermasalah mmg beli coin webtoon via aplikasi dana. Jd sdh melakukan pengisian saldo via dana tp ketika masuk webtoon tdk bs melakukan pembelian melainkan raib gt aja uang senilai 16rb dr dana ktika mlkukan pembelian koin (aneh mmg kasusnya). Smpat sy lapor bolbal tp krn ksibukan dan lain hal sy ikhlaskan gt aja tllu berbelit urusnya. Apa ada cara lain utk melihat dan memperbaiki masalah ini? Terimakasih sebelumnya. Mhn pertolongannya

The message is clear, tap Continue to view your billing information.


Or see -> If you can't make purchases or update apps, including free apps, you need to update your payment method or add a new one

saya menemukan ada pending purchase. Sempat langganan sebulan & lupa untuk men-unsubscribe lagi. Terus bagaimana ya untuk cancel subscription nya?

Sedangkan disitu ditulis kl mau unsubscribe hrs bbrp hari sebelum renewal keluar. Klpn renewal, tp disitu ditulis expired.

This means that you canceled your subscription on time. And there is no more current subscription.

Check again -> go to -> Settings -> tap Your Profiel -> Subscriptions. 

Scroll down to the expired subscriptions -> select the expired subscription.

Then you would see subscriptions that you have already canceled.


saya jg coba add payment method msh blm bisa jg ttp failed

If you're still unable to update your payment method, Contact Apple Support.

Terimakasih untuk informasinya,

sdh pernah coba utk continue dan view apa permasalahannya, mmg disuruh utk login atau tambah payment method dan sdh saya coba lwt gopay/ dana/ debit visa cardnya tp smua failed .. sampai saya bingung kenapa semua tdk bisa…

apa ada tau alternatif lainnya 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
