Mac OS High Sierra
Can I still get updates on my Mac, which is still running High Sierra Version 10.13.6 Mid 2011.

The last update for High Sierra was 10.13.6 (17G14042) back on (November 12, 2020)
If Safari 13 is not working for some websites, you can get and use FireFox, Brave or Chrome.
If you need run a later macOS, then you will need to part with the 2011 iMac and get a new or newer iMac.
