Recently today I found out my phone Renamed it to “iPhone” iPhone was originally called “iphone11” why did the change it?

We exactly don't know the issue but you can change the name of your iPhone, which is used by iCloud, AirDrop, your Personal Hotspot, and your computer.

Go to Settings > General > About > Name.
Tap , enter a new name, then tap Done.
