Apple music library messed up

I got a new phone and my apple music library got messed up. All of my playlists duplicated or triplicated and songs disappeared off of all of them. Also, all of the songs I had downloaded got duplicated, so they're all on my phone twice (some of the songs were redownloaded as the clean versions too). This happened across all my devices (phone, ipad, macbook) and I already sent my old phone back, so my old playlists/library can't be accessed. Is there any way to revert to how the library was 2 or 3 weeks ago?
