Credit card theft using apple.com My father's credit card was charged for months for thousands of dollard by apple.com/bill and itunes. He has no and never had an apple account at all and have no idea how anyone could have connected his card to their account without dual factor authentocation with a phone number. This smells very fishy. Card is cancelled now but he could hardly get a refund from the credit card company. Why aren't Apple taking responsibility? There should be no way to use a credit card with dual factor authentication. Who in apple can supply service for something like that? I cannot find anyone to contact. There is a local phone number that seems disconnected.
