iPhone Stuck on Preparing Video

Created a video of photos from album. It plays fine but when I try to save it or share, it gets stuck at Preparing Video. Only option is to Cancel. Tried multiple restarts including hard restart. Double Tap and disabling iCloud did not solve the problem. I’m using iPhone 13 pro max. Plenty of storage available locally and in the iCloud.

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! The first step we would recommend is ensuing your iPhone is updated to the current version of iOS 15.6.1 as updated can often help. To update:

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
If you see two software update options available, choose the one that you want to install.

Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now.
