I am having problems with my Wells Fargo app when I try to open it on my Mac.

Whenever I click on the WF icon on my Isis's iMac and try to go into any one of my four account I get a spreadsheet full of number that I can't use to reconcile me account. What can I do to fix that?

App Store appears not to have app I am having a terrible time downloading BSF app on my MacBook Pro Please see the attached screenshot, where it says NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS DEVICE. I am trying to buy an app from The App Store... I came back off vacation and found that my iMovie app was corrupted, and so I was advised by the error to uninstall and get it again from the AppStore. However, every time I try, after putting in my Apple ID and password, I get this pop-up as per the attached image below... I saw that a way to resolve this is to add payment method and shipping address. Shipping address is fine but it won't let me add a payment method... I don't have the ability to add a payment method as I didn't add one when I created my Apple ID...now the add payment method field is unclickable and doesn't allow me to add one... How do I fix this please?

That's a question that would be best asked of the apps developer.

However, you an try the following: boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac and test to see if the problem persists. Reboot normally and test again.
