Touch id slow/lags after update macOS to 12.5.1

Recently I have updated version macOS to 12.5.1 in my MacBookPro16,1 (16, intel 2019) and I've faced with lags and slow scanning on touch id sensor, I can't simply unlock macbook and there is a need to touch finger many times to unlock. The issue reproduced when usb-c dock or TB3 dock with ethernet port is connected to macbook and ethernet port is active on this dock. So I'am waiting for patch from Apple.

T2 is a kind of ethernet device:

upgrade from what previous macOS to 12.5.1 ....(?)

Have you reboot more than once since the upgrade...

Try resetting the SMC Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support see the details.
