Attempting to connect to Epson projector over wireless LAN

I have attempted to connect to our Epson projector over wireless LAN. I have downloaded the Epson iProjection app and gone through all the connection steps. The app indicates I am connected, but nothing is displaying on the screen. I read through the Epson manual, searched other forums, and watched a few YouTube videos, but can't seem to find a reason why nothing is displaying. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm running Monterey 12.5

The only way to wirelessly stream video from a Mac is to use AirPlay, which means the Epson projector needs to support AirPlay natively.

If you need an app, I suppose Steve Jobs would say "you're doing it wrong." Perhaps it is possible but you would need to contact Epson to determine why it's not working. Don't be surprised if they blame you, your Mac, Apple, your wireless network... everyone but themselves.

AirPlay is the answer: Stream audio and video from your Mac with AirPlay - Apple Support. As far as your Mac is concerned, a projector is the same as what that document calls a "smart TV".

You can always buy an Apple TV and connect it to your projector: Apple TV HD. That will work. Forget the iProjector app.
