I have lost my password for my Apple ID and need help recovering it

Check your web browser autofill entries, the Keychain, and other records, or use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team.
If you don't have a copy at your end, it can't be recovered and needs to be reset. The one on Apple's servers has been run through a one-way encryption algorithm.
