Hi I would like to cancel AllTrails app subscription. I’ve tried looked at my phone under Subscription but it shows I do not have any subscriptions. Please help to cancel it, Thanks

Based on your 1st screenshot (is removed by the host) looks like a scam, but I am not sure.
Don't post sensitive private data on the internet, like your Apple ID.
This makes you an easy prey for scammers.
