Your screenshot shows you’re attempting a 3G cellular connection. This obsolete method has been shut down. Contact your cellular carrier for assistance.
I have 4G too
How can I solve this problem?
Check Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options and be certain you’re set up to use 4G.
Your second screenshot shows 4G. Your first showed 3G.
Has caller ID’s behavior changed since the above changed?
