I got this iPhone 13 pro max on 8 October 2021.

and I have used it daily and charged it when the battery is at 20%.

The battery health was maintained at 99% until 4 July 2022 when my screen did not display image

the phone was sent to Apple service center in Singapore (REF: WP-2610170) for LCD screen replacement. Since then my battery health drop tremendously and within one month, as of today 26 AUG 2022, the battery health is now 94%

it really bothering me and makes me worry

please advise.

Battery health often can drop a few points at the same time. How many months have you owned your iPhone? Generally, a drop of 1%/month of use is normal. Your battery health will continue to decline with every full cycle charge. This is what batteries do. All batteries. When battery health has declined to 80%, it will then be time to have the battery replaced in your phone.
