What I was looking for was having a phone call with a live person while doing a screenshare to resolve a couple issues. In addition I had a billing issue. We had that call and resolved everything in less then 30 minutes. As more companies move towards the user doing volumes of reading and researching issues instead of the supplier providing people to support thier product, it becomes harder to just get things done. I don't see anybody lowering prices, just the service provided.
